During the past year we have implemented use of your tracking system in our new car and pre-owned sales departments. The system has helped improve performance of our sales representatives in establishing an ongoing customer follow-up procedure. This dealership uses both the Career Manager and Performance Tracking System along with the Manager's Monthly Journal. Managers have been able to work with Sales Respresentatives daily, weekly and monthly with more credible results by having this organized approach using your tracking system.
We have found this book very valuable when it comes to new hired personnel by having everyone on the same system. This enables sales representatives to work with each other on the same programs resulting in a stronger customer follow-up, both in new and pre-owned departments.
Managers are able to review the books on a daily basis and give positive guidance on the different sections of your career manager. The manuals have done so well with us that we are carrying them into next year.
